Cause Analysis and Treatment of Rolling Fault of Mechanical Shearing Machine
The mechanical shearing machine braking force generated by the brake is too small. There are three main aspects: the brake spring pressure is too small; the spring of the brake spring is reduced in elasticity; the friction insert wears heavily, resulting in a decrease in the braking torque.
Solution: Adjust the adjusting bolts of the brake compression spring and the brake push rod; replace the brake compression spring; replace the friction insert.
The clutch disc and the intermediate sleeve roll button prevent the drive from disengaging. The clutch drove disc and the clutch active disc are separated when there is no compressed air, and the respective operations do not affect each other; only when the air is ventilated, the clutch active disc and the clutch is driven disc are connected and operated simultaneously by the friction of the friction insert. The inner ring of the bearing is adjusted by the bushing, and the outer ring is pressed by the gland to adjust the gap.
Solution: Repair the inner hole of the mechanical shearing machine clutch disc (increase, find, find the shape accuracy), and re-insert the keyway, and then use it as the middle sleeve and the key.
The clutch piston seal ring of the mechanical shearing machine is damaged or the clutch piston and the clutch cylinder are damaged, resulting in insufficient top force.
Solution: Remove the clutch piston, the key is fixed on the outer circumference of the piston and slide with the piston on the inner hole of the cylinder. Check the outer circumference of the piston to see if there is any polishing highlight. If it needs to be sanded, use it. Check the seals in good condition and replace the seals if damaged.
Grinding of the brake piston and the brake cylinder causes the brake pushrod not to be in place, and the friction insert cannot be compacted to reduce the braking force.
Solution: Check the mating surface. If there is grinding, there will be a lot of dirty things such as iron filings and iron oxide scale. After cleaning it with a saw blade or a wire brush, clean it with kerosene to reveal a smooth surface. The high point is also used. The sandpaper is polished.
