Check whether the material and thickness of the sheet, whether the surface of the sheet has irregularities or defects, pay attention to the direction of the texture, and determine the cutting order.

Adjust the upper and lower tool gap according to the thickness of the plate, adjust the position of the back gauge, whether the material cut out is accurate, and whether the width of the two ends is the same.

During the cutting operation, check the size (length, width, diagonal) of the cut sheet frequently.

The cut sheets should be placed in a sorted manner, stacked neatly, marked with the name and size, and the surface of the protective board should not be damaged.

Cut the sheet of the small piece, it must be cut after the column of the shearing machine can be cut back, and pay attention to the safety of operation.

Operation

After starting the shearing machine, make some cycles of idling to ensure that the different thickness sheets are tested under normal conditions, and the performance of the shearing machine is familiar.

The blade clearance must be adjusted before the shear plate is tested. If the corresponding blade clearance is not adjusted, the durability of the blade is affected.

Procedures

The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to use the equipment for super performance.

Before starting the equipment, refuel according to the equipment lubrication regulations and check the oil quantity of the cylinder.

The upper and lower blades should be adjusted before work. The blade clearance is determined according to the thickness of the sheared steel plate. Generally, between 8-10% of the thickness of the cut sheet, each gap adjustment should be locked and adjusted according to the thickness of each sheet. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the machine tool during work. No debris or tools should be placed on the workbench to prevent the blade from being damaged. When cutting the material, the pressure plate must be pressed tightly to prevent the material from rebounding and injuring people.

Always pay attention to the locking mechanism, clutch, brake, foot switch, whether there is abnormal or malfunction, and concentrate on the shearing. If there is an abnormality of the equipment, stop cutting immediately, and cut off the power to notify the maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance.
