3. Precauzioni for Shearing Machine Operator

4. Skill Requirements

• The belt, flywheel, gear, shaft, and other moving parts of the shearing machine must be equipped with a protective cover.

5. Troubleshooting

• Ask the shearing machine operator to understand the operating conditions of the hydraulic system of the shearing machine. Including: whether the hydraulic system of the shearing machine is working normally; whether the hydraulic pump is abnormal; the time and result of checking the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil; the cleaning and replacement of the filter element; whether the hydraulic components have been adjusted before the failure; whether the seal has been replaced Components; what abnormal phenomena occurred in the shearing machine hydraulic system before and after the failure; what failures occurred in the system in the past and how to eliminate them, etc., need to be understood one by one.
