The Structure of Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine
CNC hydraulic guillotine shearing machine is mainly composed of the following three parts: mechanical part, hydraulic part and electrical part. The mechanical part of the guillotine shearing machine is mainly composed of a frame, a knife holder, a pressing device, a rear knife device, and a protection device. The hydraulic part is mainly composed of an oil pump electrical unit, a two-position cartridge valve integrated system, etc., used to provide hydraulic control and driving power for the main oil cylinder and pressure cylinder.
Mechanical part structure:
1. Frame: Frame type fully welded structure. Therefore, the guillotine shearing machine has good rigidity and vibration resistance. There is a blade gap compensation device on the worktable, which is used to compensate and adjust the gap between the upper and lower sides, so that the machine tool always maintains a good gap uniformity.
2. Tool holder: Fully welded structure. It is composed of a tool holder body, two main cylinders, a three-point guide rail and a gap adjustment mechanism.
3. Material pressing device: It is composed of a group of hydraulic cylinders installed at the bottom of the cross beam of the frame. Under the control of the hydraulic system, the pressing and shearing sequence actions can be realized.
4. Knife blocking device: Installed at the bottom of the knife holder, The motor drives the screw to drive the blocking beam to move, realize the cutting size positioning, and display the value of the knife.
5. Mechanical gap adjustment device: Used to adjust the shear gap when cutting plates of different thicknesses;
6. The guillotine shearing machine is equipped with a set of standard rectangular blades, which can be cut with four cutting edges.
7. A roller is arranged on the bracket, so it is convenient for operators to easily feed the sheet.
