2. Scope of Warranty

HARSLE provides a limited warranty for industrial machinery and equipment supplied to business customers (B2B).

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial use.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless agreed in writing.

3. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified in the sales contract, the standard warranty period is:

12 months from the date of shipment
or
12 months from installation (whichever occurs first)

Certain components may carry separate manufacturer warranties, including but not limited to:

  • CNC controllers
  • Servo motors
  • Electrical components
  • Hydraulic systems

Specific terms for such components are provided in the sales agreement.

4. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, HARSLE will provide:

  • Free replacement of defective parts caused by manufacturing defects
  • Remote technical support via email, video call, or documentation
  • Technical guidance for troubleshooting

Replacement parts will be provided free of charge, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts (seals, filters, lubricants, etc.)
  • Improper installation by the buyer
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Electrical damage due to incorrect power supply
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Damage caused during unloading or improper handling
  • External factors such as natural disasters

6. Installation Responsibility

Unless installation service is included in the contract, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Proper foundation preparation
  • Electrical connection according to specifications
  • Installation following provided manuals

Improper installation may void the warranty.

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must:

  1. Notify HARSLE in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.
  2. Provide detailed description of the problem.
  3. Provide photos, videos, and machine serial number.
  4. Follow technical troubleshooting instructions provided by HARSLE.

HARSLE reserves the right to evaluate whether the issue is covered under warranty.

8. Parts Replacement

If a defect is confirmed:

  • Replacement parts will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Buyer may be required to return defective parts if requested.
  • Shipping method will be determined based on urgency and agreement.

Labor costs outside of China are not included unless specified in contract.

9. On-Site Service

On-site service, if required, may be arranged separately.

Costs including:

  • Travel expenses
  • Accommodation
  • Local transportation
  • Daily service fees

Are not covered under standard warranty unless agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARSLE’s liability under this warranty is limited to:

Repair or replacement of defective parts only.

HARSLE shall not be liable for:

  • Production loss
  • Downtime
  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profit
  • Third-party claims

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
