2. Business Nature

HARSLE is a manufacturer and exporter of industrial machinery serving business customers (B2B).

Due to the customized nature of industrial equipment, payments are processed based on signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or formal contract.

Online retail checkout is not provided on this website.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

4. Standard Payment Structure

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment terms are:

30% deposit before production
70% balance before shipment

For certain projects, alternative payment structures may apply and will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice.

Production begins only after deposit payment is received and technical specifications are confirmed.

5. Currency

Payments are generally quoted and accepted in:

USD (United States Dollar)
EUR (Euro)
Other currencies upon agreement

Currency used will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.

6. Bank Charges

All international transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

The full invoiced amount must be received by HARSLE.

7. Payment Confirmation

After payment is made, buyers are required to:

Send payment confirmation slip
Confirm remittance details

Production scheduling begins after payment is confirmed by our bank.

8. Letter of Credit (L/C)

If payment is made via L/C:

The L/C must be irrevocable
Issued by a reputable international bank
Conform to agreed contract terms

All L/C terms must be reviewed and approved by HARSLE before issuance.

9. No Online Credit Card Processing

hecter.cn does not process:

Credit card payments
PayPal payments
Cryptocurrency payments

Payments are handled through official banking channels only.

10. Fraud Prevention Notice

For security purposes:

Bank account information will never be changed without official written notice.
Any request to change bank account details must be verified by phone.
HARSLE is not responsible for losses caused by fraudulent payment instructions sent by unauthorized third parties.
