HARSLE manufactures and exports industrial machinery primarily for business (B2B) customers.

Most machines are:

  • Custom-built
  • Made-to-order
  • Configured according to buyer specifications

Due to the customized nature of industrial equipment, returns and refunds are handled under strict conditions as outlined below.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production Starts

An order may be canceled if:

  • The written production confirmation has not been issued.
  • No raw materials or parts have been prepared.

In such case, refund of any advance payment may be processed after administrative costs are deducted.

After Production Has Started

Once production has commenced:

  • Orders cannot be canceled.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Custom-made machinery cannot be returned.

This is due to material procurement, engineering design, and production allocation.

4. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The issue is confirmed by HARSLE technical team.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect specification confirmed by buyer
  • Improper installation
  • Damage caused during unloading by buyer
  • Normal wear and consumables

5. Damaged in Transit

If goods are damaged during transportation:

  1. Buyer must notify HARSLE within 48 hours.
  2. Provide photos, videos, and shipping documents.
  3. Claim should be filed with shipping insurance provider.

If shipment was arranged under CIF or DDP by HARSLE, we will assist with insurance claims.

6. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued only when:

  • HARSLE confirms a material manufacturing defect.
  • Replacement is not feasible.
  • Both parties agree in writing.

Refund amount will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.

Refunds do not cover:

  • Installation costs
  • Local labor costs
  • Production losses
  • Indirect damages

7. Warranty Support Instead of Return

For most issues, HARSLE provides:

  • Free replacement parts during warranty period
  • Remote technical assistance
  • Engineering guidance
  • Spare part shipment

Industrial machinery issues are typically resolved through repair or parts replacement rather than product return.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-configured machinery
  • Tools and dies
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Software and controller systems
  • Consumable parts

9. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–15 business days
  • Refund method: original payment method (bank transfer)

Bank charges may apply depending on international transfer regulations.

10. Governing Law

This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes shall be resolved first through negotiation.
