Due to the size, weight, and customized nature of industrial equipment, shipping arrangements are confirmed individually for each order.

7. Customs & Import Responsibilities

8. Shipping Insurance

9. Inspection Before Shipment

11. Delays & Force Majeure

HARSLE shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Port congestion
  • Customs delays
  • Labor strikes
  • Pandemic-related disruptions

In such cases, delivery schedule may be reasonably extended.

12. Damaged Shipments

If goods arrive damaged:

  1. Buyer must notify HARSLE within 48 hours.
  2. Provide photos and supporting documentation.
  3. Claims should be filed with the insurance provider if applicable.

HARSLE will assist in resolving shipping-related issues.
