The correction of sheet steel is a strong skill, relatively difficult operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When correcting, the deformation should first be analyzed according to the deformation of the thin plate, which deformation belongs to, or which basic deformation is combined with the deformation, and on the basis of determining which parts of the thin plate are loose (long fiber) and which parts are tight (short fiber), then the follow-up correction operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-judgment-of-loose-and-tight\"><strong>The Judgment of Loose and Tight<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Loose&#8221; &#8220;tight&#8221; is the cold work on the steel plate because the local stress is different, so that the steel plate uneven phenomenon of the name, customarily, the deformation of the material elongation, uneven relaxation state is called &#8220;loose&#8221;; And the material fiber length has not changed at the place of deformation, and the place in the flat state is called &#8220;tight&#8221;. The &#8220;loose&#8221; or &#8220;tight&#8221; of the steel plate can be judged by experience: the area that looks convex or concave and can fluctuate with the movement of the pressure is the &#8220;loose&#8221; phenomenon, and the area that looks relatively flat is the &#8220;tight&#8221; phenomenon. Therefore, it is analyzed that the fiber is shorter than the surrounding fiber in the direction of tensile stress, which leads to deformation. Due to the large contact surface between the clapper and the corrected sheet, the force is uniform, so there is no hammer mark, the correction efficiency is high, but the impact of flapping on the deformation of the material is not the very dog, can only be applied to the large area of initial correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-precautions-for-corrective-operation\"><strong>Precautions for Corrective Operation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the deformation correction of the bulge in the middle of the thin plate, avoid hammering the bulge directly. Because of the poor normal rigidity of the surface of the thin plate, the bulge is pressed when hammering, and the fiber at the bulge is progressive and longer because of the extrusion. The result is counterproductive, the bulging phenomenon will be more serious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the correction sheet, whether it is to shorten the longer fiber in the convex deformation part or elongate the shorter fiber in the tight part, it should be continuously and evenly advanced from its edge to the deformation center gradually, and the orthopedic strength is also gradually enhanced. The taboos start from the center of deformation respectively, which will lead to more complex deformation and will bring difficulties to the next leveling. In addition, avoid irregular changes in the orthopedic strength, so that the elongation or contraction of the fiber is not uniform and continuous distribution, so as to increase the difficulty for the next correction and increase the workload of correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-non-ferrous-metal-manual-corrective-operation\"><strong>Non-ferrous Metal Manual Corrective Operation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The common non-ferrous metals used in sheet metal parts are aluminum alloy and copper alloy, and their mechanical properties are not too high. But in order to improve the processing technology of the material as much as possible, for the metal that can be strengthened by heat treatment, usually use the material in the state of annealing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the non-ferrous metal hammer, easy to produce hammer marks on its surface, therefore, in the correction and forming of non-ferrous metal sheet parts, a rubber strip made of thick rubber plate with medium hardness is used as the rectifying tool of whipping workpiece (also known as drawing strip). The purpose of whipping is to make the material at the contact part of the workpiece whipping by the rubber strip produce tangential contraction deformation along the length direction of the rubber strip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rectifying-operation-of-flat-sheet-parts\"><strong>Rectifying Operation of Flat Sheet Parts<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-ferrous metals have good machinability, low hardness value, small plate thickness, and weak surface rigidity in a normal direction. Therefore, it is easy to make it deformation, but it is more difficult to make the whole plate flat, a little influence or improper, will produce new uneven. Therefore, the correction of the nonferrous metal sheets must be careful, light, and have certain operation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In correction, we should first analyze the deformation of the thin plate, find out its deformation area and essence, and then choose the appropriate method, choose the appropriate part for correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When correcting, we should observe carefully and start slowly. On the basis of the accurate judgment of the deformed parts (the judgment of the &#8220;loose&#8221; and &#8220;tight&#8221; parts is the same as that of the thin steel plate mentioned above), the rectifying operation should be carried out reasonably with rectifying methods and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The common deformation of flat plate parts is the central agitation and the surrounding wavy twisting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Correction of agitation: The correction operation of agitation is shown in the picture, the convex surface of the plate that produces the aging deformation is placed upward on the platform, and the four corners are slightly pressed so that the workpiece is in contact with the platform around the workpiece. As for which method to carry out to what degree, it depends on the specific degree of agitating plate parts and the size of the agitating area. The principle is that each correction method should be maximized to achieve the maximum amount of correction that can be achieved by the method. For the plate correction with a large degree of agitation, it can be carried out several times in steps, and stress relief annealing can be carried out between each combination of corrections.
