Ou\u00e7a o som do seu sistema hidr\u00e1ulico, como o som do impacto; ru\u00eddo da bomba e som anormal; julgar se o sistema hidr\u00e1ulico est\u00e1 funcionando normalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Toque no aumento de temperatura, vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, rastejamento e aperto das juntas para determinar se a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho das partes m\u00f3veis do sistema hidr\u00e1ulico \u00e9 normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-points-to-note-during-troubleshooting\">5 pontos a serem observados durante a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. A viscosidade do \u00f3leo est\u00e1 muito alta. Se a bomba de \u00f3leo estiver danificada, substitua-a por uma nova.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O sistema ou cada v\u00e1lvula est\u00e1 vazando ou com defeito, verifique cada local de vazamento de \u00f3leo e verifique se cada v\u00e1lvula direcional solen\u00f3ide muda de dire\u00e7\u00e3o e se cada v\u00e1lvula reguladora de press\u00e3o est\u00e1 funcionando normalmente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. A velocidade de retorno do porta-ferramentas \u00e9 muito lenta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A press\u00e3o de nitrog\u00eanio no cilindro de retorno \u00e9 insuficiente, ent\u00e3o o cilindro precisa ser preenchido com nitrog\u00eanio dentro da faixa de press\u00e3o nominal.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A v\u00e1lvula direcional solen\u00f3ide de quatro vias de duas posi\u00e7\u00f5es YV2 n\u00e3o est\u00e1 no lugar, verifique a v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
