Scope of Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3441de08\">HARSLE provides a limited warranty for industrial machinery and equipment supplied to business customers (B2B).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ab89c745\">This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4024d896\">The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-b467e488\">3. Warranty Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cd6014d2\">Unless otherwise specified in the sales contract, the standard warranty period is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-395001d9\">12 months from the date of shipment<br>or<br>12 months from installation (whichever occurs first)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-56714ccf\">Certain components may carry separate manufacturer warranties, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CNC controllers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servo motors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hydraulic systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4a5f3181\">Specific terms for such components are provided in the sales agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-04e3e2d2\">4. What Is Covered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-85b8847d\">During the warranty period, HARSLE will provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free replacement of defective parts caused by manufacturing defects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote technical support via email, video call, or documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical guidance for troubleshooting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fc118122\">Replacement parts will be provided free of charge, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-51b47cba\">5. What Is Not Covered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b659dd9c\">The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumable parts (seals, filters, lubricants, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper installation by the buyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized modification or repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical damage due to incorrect power supply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused during unloading or improper handling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External factors such as natural disasters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-bba1940a\">6. Installation Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f02cf954\">Unless installation service is included in the contract, the buyer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proper foundation preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical connection according to specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation following provided manuals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8e04f7bc\">Improper installation may void the warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-c6bdefca\">7. Warranty Claim Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-79e9cb3a\">To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify HARSLE in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide detailed description of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide photos, videos, and machine serial number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow technical troubleshooting instructions provided by HARSLE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f4746602\">HARSLE reserves the right to evaluate whether the issue is covered under warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-e313ef3c\">8. Parts Replacement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3ad49190\">If a defect is confirmed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacement parts will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyer may be required to return defective parts if requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping method will be determined based on urgency and agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-eba4a546\">Labor costs outside of China are not included unless specified in contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-11520221\">9. On-Site Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-03d4335a\">On-site service, if required, may be arranged separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c7a410fb\">Costs including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Travel expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local transportation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily service fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3b8b639e\">Are not covered under standard warranty unless agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-0f439c8b\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c2672194\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARSLE\u2019s liability under this warranty is limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-aee52cb9\">Repair or replacement of defective parts only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5f635846\">HARSLE shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downtime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indirect damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of profit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party claims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c509dcd1\">Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-cd69b3fa\">11.
